NEPA Alliance PTAC hosts No-cost Project Spectrum Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Webinar

Project Spectrum is the latest tool in America’s cybersecurity portfolio and is a Department of Defense (DoD) sponsored initiative.  From online forums with cybersecurity experts and blogs on the latest cyber threats to online training and product recommendations, Project Spectrum has an arsenal to protect American small businesses, especially those required to be cyber-compliant to work with the DoD.

As of recent, cybersecurity has been seen implemented in many areas. The newest of which is in the government contracting world. With the advent of Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC), businesses who are working with the federal government must increase their cybersecurity. Unfortunately, this does not just mean installing software will be the cure all. Over the years, cybercrime has become high-tech, and cybercriminals will prey on those who do not have proper security measures in place to combat them. Do not fall victim to cybersecurity! Join NEPA Alliance PTAC as we host a no-cost Project Spectrum CMMC webinar on Friday, November 20, 2020 at 11am.

Project Spectrum and the DoD Office of Small Business Programs are partnering on an online multimedia training session for businesses on the front line of cyber defense all across the United States. This 45-minute, interactive training will focus on:

  1. CMMC vs. NIST & DFARS
  2. CMMC Five Levels
  3. Cybersecurity Failures
  4. CMMC Facts
  5. CMMC Domain Level One

Project Spectrum has employed highly experienced trainers and cybersecurity experts who are trained in the government and commercial network space. This webinar strives to target this training module to any individuals no matter their experience in the technological realm.
