
Off Rt. 940, 1 mile West of Mount Pocono Borough, the entrance to PMCCS is just west of Wal-Mart. The park is 1.5 miles East of Interstate 380 and 3 miles Northeast of Interstate 80.
The park offers PPL 12 KV, 3 phase power; UGI 12″ gas line; PA American Water 8″ water main; sewer service via Mount Pocono Municipal Authority’s 4″ main and Verizon or PenTeleData telecommunications services.
There are approximately 50 acres of property remaining in Phase II of the park with LERTA designation.
Pocono Mountains Industries purchased 360 acres to develop this park (the Pocono Mountains Business Park) adjacent to the Pocono Mountains Municipal Airport. In order to develop this property, a water and sewer system were constructed with the help of the United States Economic Development Administration (E.D.A.) which is now operated and maintained by Mount Pocono Municipal Authority.
Phase I of the PMCCS houses Mount Pocono Coca-Cola, Continental Auto Parts, Monadnock Non-Wovens and JPA Masonry.
In 1990, land was purchased for Phase II of this park. United Envelope Corporation currently employs almost 300 people at this location. Geisinger employs about 45 people in a comprehensive medical clinic.
