The Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) has made program guidelines for the COVID-19 Relief Statewide Small Business Grants available on their website. The program, which was announced by Governor Wolf on Monday, makes $225 million available for COVID-19 relief to small businesses through Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs). The funds will be available through three programs.

Metro Action in Scranton is the only CDFI in Northeast PA and serves the counties of: Carbon, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Monroe, Pike, Schuylkill, Susquehanna, Wayne and Wyoming.
